Fresh Pineapple and Mandarin Combo

This is a really wonderful vitamin C winter boost smoothie for you and the kids!

~Pineapples has bromelain which is great for riding the body of inflammation and toxins.

~Mandarin Oranges are high in vitamin C which is also inflammation reducers and cancer fighters. 

***Together this smoothie can lower cholesterol, boost immunity to fight colds and other illnesses, make the skin beautiful and help reduce aging as all antioxidants do and let's not forget it has great fiber!

It's naturally sweetened in it's own fresh pineapples and mandarin juices.
