This recipe is loaded with beta-carotene, antioxidants, great fiber, but even better it is high in vitamin A which makes it great for skin, hair and nails and great for keeping you youthful looking, This salad is a wonderful disease and cancer fighter... Carrots and Apples are not only great for weight loss, but it has a dual benefit for the blood sugar. It keeps it from spiking as well as keeps it from going too low. Apples are a wonderful digestive cleaners and along with that it is a wonderful mouth cleanser. As we all know carrots are great for increasing night vision, and dried cranberries and blueberries are great for boosting the immune system helping us to fight disease.
*This raw salad is made simply with carrots, apples, dried blueberries, and dried cranberries.
