Our Best Postural days, were probably in our adolescences. The older we get the more gravity will pull our bodies downwards, many times causing us to slump over. But, It doesn't have to be this way and it's never to late to train yourself to sit and walk properly.

The benefits of good posture are not only related to making you look healthier and more confident but may also help to relieve some existing aches and pains. Bad posture accounts for a good portion of most peoples existing back problems.
*Good posture helps to keep your body pain-free.*

(1) For good sitting posture, sit with your back straight and your buttocks at the back of your chair, recommends the Cleveland Clinic. Keep your feet flat on the floor and bend your knees at a right angle.

(2) When standing, you should be able to draw an imaginary straight line from your earlobe through your shoulder, hip, knee and the middle of your ankle.

Take care and walk tall... :)

"True Happiness is Not Transient"

Most people focus so hard on the transient things of this life, That they forget what is really important. True happiness and the things that creates true happiness is not fleeting. "Like The love For Your Lord." Once we lock the memory of GOD inside of our hearts we will forever have a beautiful contentment, even in hard times. Optimistic thinking will flow throughout our minds, body, and spirits like the ocean waves. Faith will increase and our Nur (Light) will shine brightly without becoming dim by trials.

There are so many beautiful things that we can look at around us and find absolute beauty in, but we must open our eyes and hearts to beauty in which Our Lord has bestowed upon us as a Mercy.
