*First I must give myself a pep talk to get out of bed to go for a run.
*Secondly; I am constantly reminding myself of the power it brings me physically and how ultra cleansing it is to my mind or I'd probably never run.

"Here are some things to do and think about when your blah about going for your run."

DO:
(1) Get up and out of the Bed 
(2) Stretch 
(3) Shower and gear up
(4) Get a light bite to eat.
(5) HIT THE TRACK. (most times when you get to the track or the gym. You have won the battle, There is usually no turning back! Everyone is there, You are inspired!)

Helpful Fat Loss Method...#4








"DON'T SHOOT THE SCALE YET"......


Training with weights isn't my personal favorite, But... I must say it is a wonderful activity for fat loss. It doesn't directly burn a greater number of fat stores than does aerobics... but, weights will build muscle, which in turn will increase the metabolic rate for 24 hours a day. The more muscle one is holding, the better their chances of losing body fat.

Muslim Women in SPORTS: Documentary on Iraqi women's basketball team: SALAAM DUNK...: STORY: Two years ago, most of the women on the basketball team at the American University of Iraq - Sulaimani (AUIS) had never been running before. Many had never played sports. None had ever been on a team with other women. They came from all corners of Iraq to attend this prestigious school, but many cannot tell family back home they go to an "American" university.
Through traditional interviews and private confessional video diaries, Salaam Dunk follows the ethnically diverse AUIS women's basketball team as they discover what it means to be athletes. From the joy of their first win to the pain of losing the coach who started their team, the film gives a glimpse into an Iraq we don't see on the news.... CHECK OUT THE VIDEO CLIP BELOW...

Dried fruits contain more antioxidants than fresh. This is due to water being removed. When water is removed it causes stronger, more concentrated molecule levels. However, fresh organics are always good too! blueberries, cherries, cranberriescrow berries, bilberries, black currants, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, apricots, dates , grapes, kiwi, oranges, peaches, pineapple, pink grapefruit, plums, pomegranates, prunes, raisins, red apples.
