"Bee Pollen Energy Tonic"

Are you trying to find something to replace that morning cup of Joe with? Well, this tiny cup of E-n-e-r-g-y is just the ticket... It is very simple to make, nutritious, and not at all bad tasting... The taste may be a little chalky. But a great remedy for that is lemon juice, honey, and a little heat! It keeps my energy going well into the next day! Simply use:
1 teaspoon of bee pollen, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and honey to your taste...heat until most pellets are gone, Drink warm. *If you are allergic to pollen, please do not use.*

Acorn Squash Topped with Agave~Pecan Sauce



*This recipe is a Alternative to using high fructose syrups, cane sugars, and artificial sweeteners.* 
Agave Nectar is produced in Mexico and South Africa from several species of agave. Agave nectar consists primarily of fructose (fruit sugar or simple monosaccharides found in plants)  and glucose (grape sugar or simple monosaccharides found in plants). Agave Nectar has been called Honey water due to it's sweetness yet thin texture. It is between 1.4 - 1.6 times sweeter than cane sugar, BUT, Agave nectar's has a much lower glycemic index and glycemic load than that of table sugar (sucrose). However, consumption of large amounts of fructose can be equally dangerous and trigger Malabsorption. Raw agave nectar has a mild, neutral taste. It is produced at temperatures below 118 °F (48 °C) to protect the natural enzymes, so this variety is an appropriate sweetener for raw foodist.

Ingredients: Acorn Squash, Olive Oil, Agave Nectar, Pecan peices, and cinnamon.

BRAHMI... The Anxiety Reliever and Memory Aid

Brahmi is used to aid learning and memory, it is also used for anxiety, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), allergic conditions, and irritable bowel syndrome. People have also taken Brahmi to treat backache, hoarseness, mental illness, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, joint pain, and sexual performance problems in both men and women. "Sunflowers" are the Happiest Flowers! So if you want to bring some happiness home or to the work Place... Head for the farmers market and get the maximum bloom for your money this summer. Here's some SUNFLOWER care tips:






  • Choose Your Sunflower Carefully, by choosing those that are still buds or just about to bloom, You may need to wait a day or so for them to open but, they'll last longer once they do.




  • Snip on a 45 degree angle and cut only about an inch, it will allow more water to get into your sunflowers and in turn they will stay moist longer.




  • Trim them right, pulling off any leaves that sits below the waterline in your vase to keep them from rotting and contaminating the water. also pull off any dead or withered leaves.

"Loosing Ab Inches and Toning Up"






Loosing weight and loosing inches off the abdomen is not just about crunches and sit-ups, It also takes Cardiovascular exercises like walking, swimming, jogging, etc.... , Even if you have a strong under tone of muscle in your abs, sometimes you may not be able to see it due to fat. Cardiovascular workouts will burn calories/ fat. You must get at least 30 mins of cardiovascular exercise 3 to 5 times a week, bring your heart rate up meaning (raising the bpm: beats per minute) from your resting heart rate as opposed to sitting, lying down, or doing light work. The typical resting heart rate in adults is 60–80 bpm.

If You are Exercising, Your "TARGET HEART RATE" should be:

@20 yrs old=140-170 bpm

@30 yrs old=133-162 bpm

@40 yrs old=126-153 bpm

(Simply calculate 220 minus your age)
