Migraines are very common and can be different for everyone, but here are just a few of many tips to keep you on track and on top of your migraines.
^Keep track of your triggers by recording dates, times, what you are doing just before, what you ate that day...Look for common culprits like (chocolate, caffeine MSG, stress, weather changes, processed meats, vision problems, etc...)
^Take your B vitamins...B vitamins lower levels of amino acids which triggers migraines.
^stick to a steady sleep routine, and take 10-20 min. power naps if you can...let your brain and nerves rest a few minutes.
^Remember to get sufficient amounts of calcium and magnesium which stabilizes blood vessel walls and prevent spasms that occur during the attacks.
^Some natural remedies that you may try for pain and treatment is fever few, cayenne, chamomile, ginger, peppermint, rosemary, valerian, willow bark, and ...My personal favorite is hops capsules by eclectic institute. You may also try ginkgo biloba extract it enhances cerebral functions.
...Remember everyone's body is different, if one remedy is not to your liking don't be afraid to try a different one. Just be sure to discuss it with your ND or MD if you are taking other meds, pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Want to feel serene and Peaceful ? Here's a nice little bath bomb to pick you up. Lavender essential oil is great for the skin. It's an antiseptic, an anti-fungal, it's a skin rejuvenator, anti-inflammatory agent, great for psoriasis, wrinkles, and much more...
1/2 cup of light oil (like olive oil)
3-6 drop Lavender essential oil
1 cup of baking soda
1 cup of citric acid
3/4 cup cornstarch
4 drops of blue food coloring (OPTIONAL)
1 Ice tray or mini muffin pan
Mix oils and set aside, Combine dry ingredients, then stir in oil mixture until it forms a crumbly dough. knead in food coloring, if desire. Pack the mixture into a molds and let set overnight. Un-mold the next day and let air-dry. Use anytime by dropping one bomb into a bathtub of warm water.

I worked nights cleaning medical offices. One night, as I was going from room to room, I helped myself to to some candy that was in a candy jar sitting on one of the desk. When I arrived home, I noticed that my charm bracelet was missing. I was so upset that the next night, I posted small notes around the offices asking if anyone had found it. I thought for sure that it had been thrown out with the trash. But the next day I received a phone call from a woman who had found it! After thanking her , I asked her where was it and she replied, "In my candy jar." Boy, was my face red!

Apart from being a natural source of tissue-regenerating retinoic acid, rose oil is rich in vitamin C (an antioxidant that fade pigmentation) and linolenic acid (which cut blotchiness). It is a great Anti aging oil!

Try This And See If It Works
The next time you get a shallow scratch on your wooden table, chair, cabinet, or floor board...Break open a Brazil nut or a pecan and gently rub the edible nut against the scratch. Natural Oils will darken the wood, making the scratches blend away. Finish by wiping with a soft cloth to remove the remaining nut particles.
